Simple or Free Translation

Every translation that is not made by a Sworn Translator (Sworn Translation) is classified as a simple or free translation.
Naturally, the simple or free translation, as well as the sworn translation, requires extensive knowledge not only of the source and target languages, but also of the subject and specific technical or legal terminology contained in the text. Basically, the element that differentiates the Sworn Translation from the Simple (or Free) Translation is that the first one, because it is made by a Certified Translator, has public faith and the second one does not.
